I bought this for my husband on his birthday. I was apprehensive that he wouldn’t like it because he’s always worn those fake terrycloth robes, but he loved this immediately. I can’t stop looking at him when he wears it because it’s so flattering. Most robes are oversized with unnecessarily billowing sleeves and a tie that falls high above the waist, looking utterly silly. This has a tailored fit. Close inspection reveals how well made it is. My husband, who’s always cold, appreciates its warmth. He also likes that the sleeves don’t fall into whatever he’s doing with his hands. He wears small to medium tops. I got him a medium so he could wear a tee shirt and sweat pants underneath in winter, and that was definitely the right choice, with or without clothes underneath. Now I want one for myself.
