Horrible experience

The quality of the duvet cover was poor. It was much larger than a traditional queens size and was also transparent enough where the duvet inside is visible from outside the cover. Also, a button has already fallen off when it arrived and a second button fell off a month later. After numerous emails with customer service, they provided a $30 credit to have the button repaired. When the 2nd button fell off, they said I would have to send the whole set including sheet and pillowcases back in order to get a new cover. Ridiculous that ai would need to go through that inconvenience. They act as though they're doing a favor and reality is the products should haven have passed quality control. Bad all around.

Oversized / rough & terrible

Please don't purchase these sheets - we hate them and have thought about calling to send them back. It is almost impossible to get them on the bed because of the crazy size of them... They are NOT soft and forget about wrinkles - it looks like they were wadded up and thrown in a corner when you take them out of the dryer. Save your time and $$.

worst sheets ever purchased

Sleeping on sandpaper would've been more comfortable. The claims this company makes are totally false. Their customer service was great--no hassle, quick refund, etc., but to say I was disappointed in the product would be a severe understatement.

Very underwhelming

The quality of the sheets and bedding did not meet my expectations.

Twice as expensive and less comfortable than Costco sateen sheets

My last set of sheets were $60 from Costco. It included four pillow cases, a flat sheet, and a fitted sheet. It was smooth and comfortable, which are the qualities I wanted from sateen sheets. My Parachute sheets felt rough, pilly, and warm. They were thinner, so it felt essentially like I was sleeping on the warm surface of my mattress and pillow. I spent about a month trying to make the sheets work, but now I'm returning them.

Good fabric, bad to wash and doesn't fit

I spent 250 bucks for the linen fog cover. After notificing it is sized bigger than stated and leaving nearly a foot of each extra fabric on my bed,i tried washing it. Then it got discolored.mind, you I washed in cold water by itself. Spoke to customer service and they were little help.

Bad deal

These are the worst sheets I've ever bought. The feel of the sheets is nothing worth the price they are, but the terrible part is the sheets so signs of discoloration and wear after only a few washes. Definitely not worth the money -- what a scam of a company pretending to be high quality.

First Time Bedding Purchaser

I recently graduated from college and decided to invest in new bedding for the first time. I read an article about Parachute online and was excited to buy a whole new set including bottom and top sheets, pillows, pillow cases, down duvet, and duvet cover. I've only ever used my parents' old bedding or cheap bedding that I could afford on a college budget. Unfortunately, I have to say that I am pretty disappointed in my experience with Parachute. The quality of the fabric was average, but definitely nothing impressive or even good enough to recommend to friends. And the worst part about my experience is that I have now stained the $300-$400 duvet (forget the actual cost and I don't want to anger myself by looking it up) because I still have yet to receive my duvet cover (ordered about 2 months ago). I reached out to Parachute on April 28th, to ask when I should expect it to be delivered (the expected shipping date was originally mid-April), and I received this feedback, "We do still have your order open for that duvet cover, it will be shipping out in a few weeks as soon as our new inventory arrives. You will get an email confirmation as soon as it goes out, which will include tracking." However, it is now May 16th and I still haven't heard anything from Parachute regarding the whereabouts of my Duvet Cover. I really want to like Parachute, but the facts of my experience thus far make that impossible. I spent $1,000 on average bedding and poor customer service. I understand the company is new and product/delivery delays will happen, but there is no excuse for lack of customer communication. I am truly sad to say that I have to consider this a pretty bad first impression by Parachute. This coming from a consumer that has never written a poor review on a company before. And It doesn't feel good.
